Frankfurt Am Main

located in the heart of germany and europe

The Mayor of Frankfurt, Peter Feldmann, is the patron of the 1st Global Laughter Yoga Conference. The city at the river Main attracts many people from around the world. The International Airport is centrally located in Europe and offers ideal connections to 297 cities in 104 countries. In Frankfurt history meets modern zeitgeist. Cozy rooms called Ebbelwoi pubs next to skyscrapers of the booming financial district dominate the cityscape. Here is the oldest Laughter Club in Germany  -  we've come full circle.

The city of Frankfurt has fascinating historical sights and museums. The "Römer", the Emperor's Cathedral and the St. Paul's Church, the cradle of democracy, are world famous. The Frankfurt residents are particularly proud of their most famous son, the polymath Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

The popular districts Sachsenhausen and Bornheim invite with its romantic streets, old houses, small cafes, wine bars and multicultural restaurants for a cozy stop by.

The famous shopping street "Zeil" in the city and many shops in other streets offer everything your heart desires. A lot of international hotels, hostels and private accommodation to suit all budgets welcome guests from around the world.

T
he inventor of Laughter Yoga, Dr. Madan Kataria, presented Laughter Yoga in this German city to the public for the first time.

He accepted an invitation from Michael Berger, an entrepreneur and art collector from Wiesbaden, who is dedicated to rescue laughter and humor.

It is thanks to him that Laughter Yoga came to Germany as early as 1999. A historical place for Laughter Yoga enthusiasts.
